The business is a reinvention, not a debut. Gary and Kacey Miller spent roughly seven months after the first COVID shutdown wrestling with a hard question: push forward or walk away. They chose to push forward, and they used that time to give the corner a clean, new look. The goal is straightforward, a comfortable place where people can eat, drink, and feel at home, and where the staff makes a point of learning every regular's name.
